About Julie

Julie Wynne has been a California State Board Licensed Acupuncturist since 1997. She is also certified in Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture from the NCCAOM - National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She has been working in wholistic medicine for 15 years, first as a massage therapist then an acupuncturist. Julia was introduced to wholistic medicine in childhood by her mother, who was a therapist.

Julie received her Master's degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine with honors, from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 1997. Her undergraduate studies were at Friends World College in New York and East Africa where she majored in Video art/production and African Studies. She is a level one Sat Nam Rasayn Practitioner (a meditative Tibetian healing technique she has been learning for 8 years) and a mother of two boys.
